Exchange and return


EXCHANGE CONDITIONS

Want to exchange or return a product? No problem, we'll help. You can exchange or return a product in two ways:

1. DEFECTS

If you notice a defect in the product, simply notify us via email at emporio@femingos.com.br within 30 days of receipt, and we'll exchange it for a new product of the same model. If we no longer have it in stock, you'll have the right to choose a new product of the same value or receive your money back after returning the product. In this case, shipping costs are on us.

2. EXCHANGE

Your product is perfectly fine, but you'd like to exchange it for another one in-store? That's okay. You can exchange it within 30 days of receiving the product. Send an email to emporio@femingos.com.br requesting the exchange, and we'll send you a postage authorization (return shipping is on us). Once the product arrives, we'll send you a coupon for the same price, and you can use the coupon to make a new purchase on the website (shipping costs are at your expense).
It is important to remember that the product cannot have been used and must be returned in perfect condition.

RETURN CONDITIONS

If you received the product without any defects and still do not want to keep it, you can return it according to the rules below:
a. The return notification must be made within 7 business days after receiving the product via email emporio@femingos.com.br
b. We will issue a postage authorization at the Post Office, and the product must be returned to Empório Femingos' address in perfect condition with no signs of wear. Shipping costs are at our expense.
Once returned, we will analyze the product and if it is in perfect condition, the amount will be returned in full to you in the form of a refund or as credit on the website.
