Shipping Methods

When finalizing your order, you can choose between the shipping options by mail: Sedex or PAC.

The shipping cost will be calculated automatically at checkout.

For purchases over R$250.00, you'll have the option of free shipping to the South and Southeast (through the PAC option). For the rest of Brazil, we offer free shipping for purchases over R$350.00.

We currently do not have an international shipping option.

 

Term

At checkout, you'll receive an estimated delivery time (in business days) based on your region and shipping method. Your order will be shipped within 2 business days of payment confirmation, but we strive to ship as quickly as possible.

As soon as we ship your products, we will send the tracking code via email and you can track your purchases on the Correios website.

The Post Office makes up to two delivery attempts. If no one is available to receive the package, it will be returned to us. In this case, a new shipping fee will be charged.

If you enter the address incorrectly, your order will be returned to us and we can resend it. However, resending will incur a new shipping fee. Please be careful when entering your address.
