• Can I pay with a bank slip or PIX?

Yes, you can! When finalizing your purchase, you can select the payment option of boleto, PIX, or credit card.

Note: payments made using a bank slip take between 2 and 3 business days to be approved.

• What are Digital Products?

Digital products are designed for you to print at home or at a print shop and start creating today. A link is sent to your email after payment confirmation. Simply download the file and print on your preferred paper.

• I purchased it, but I haven't received the email to download it yet.

Two situations could have happened:

1) The email may have ended up in your spam folder, so we ask that you check all your email folders.

2) Payments made via boleto take between 2 and 3 business days to clear. Therefore, we suggest you wait this period. If you still haven't received your payment, simply send an email to emporio@femingos.com.br .
